Since I was a little girl I was very interested in how hypnosis worked and I had quite a fascinated for the vibrational energy that surrounds us. A few incidents had happened to me as a young girl that led to these fascinations. This put me on a path that has taken me to where I am today.

I had seen many stage hypnosis shows over the years and was always thrilled and entertained by them. It always left me wanting more and trying to figure out how it all worked.

In 2000, just as hobby, I began my exploration into the field of energy, specifically the effects energy had on the mind and the body. I learned that we have seven major Chakras.  So I began studying what they were and how they become out of balance and clogged from negative energy and how in each chakras is the roots of our emotions.  I didn't know why I was exploring these things I just knew that I had this deep desire to know more. 

In 2002 in my search on the mystical and metaphysical aspects of our world I found Reiki and started seeking more knowledge regarding the subject. I started to seek out a teacher that shared the message of Reiki and who could pass this wonderful gift to other people. I was finally attuned in Reiki I & II in the early part of 2005. I began using Reiki on myself, my family, my pets & expanding to my friends & community.

So here I had this fascination for hypnosis and interest in energy and working with it to heal the body.  It just so happened my Reiki teacher who performed the Reiki attunements also taught hypnosis. I knew I had found the perfect teacher.  So, in 2007, during the year journey between Reiki II and becoming a Reiki Master, I became a certified clinical hypnotherapist.

Now hypnosis has been around for quite a few decades and energy healing has been around for centuries, but I believe that during the changing times of this world both modalities are needed more than ever.  One thing my teacher was able to show me was how to meld the two modalities together and use them very effectively. Reiki can clear the negative energy blocks in the chakras system and hypnosis or hypnotherapy can help with the belief systems that keep us from advancing in our lives. The results have been phenominal.

I work with adults and children of all ages, including babies. I also work with animals of all sizes and breeds. By helping both person or animal to achieve balance & well being through the gentle application of Reiki's universal energy and the healing that hypnosis brings, I feel I am doing my part in helping to heal the world one person or animal at a time.

While being gently guided by my intuition, guides and angels as I am working with a client, I have learned to trust the information I receive during these sessions to guide me in directing the healing energy of Reiki to where it is needed most. By using my clients words and my guidance system during hypnosis sessions I am able to help give the client the tools they need to heal and live healthy and productive lives.
 
The history of Energizing Spirit
In 2009 Nancy was searching for a name for her company and in a self guided session a beautiful messenger came to Nancy and explained that both the Reiki and Hypnosis were energizing to the spirit and that she should name her business accordingly. Located in the Inland Empire in Norco, CA she lives with her husband of 28 years, two of her three daughters, four dogs, a cat and a bird. She has three beautiful grandchildren that love to experience Reiki and have learned to use guided imagery in their every day lives.
